Scheduling that respects your time
Time is the one resource Nairobi residents consistently say they do not have enough of. Pinecompassx's appointment system was designed with that in mind. Once you select a provider and a slot, the booking is confirmed automatically if the slot is available, or queued for provider approval within two hours if manual confirmation is required. You receive an SMS and an in-app notification the moment your booking is locked. Reminders go out 24 hours and two hours before the appointment. Cancellations made more than six hours in advance carry no penalty. Providers who repeatedly no-show are removed from the platform.

Are there appointment types Pinecompassx does not cover?
Pinecompassx facilitates bookings with independent and clinic-affiliated providers, but we are not a medical referral service and we do not handle emergency or specialist hospital admissions. If you require acute care, please contact the nearest hospital or call emergency services directly. For specialist referrals beyond a GP's scope, the GP you see through our platform can refer you through their own clinical channels. We also do not currently support group or corporate appointment bookings of more than ten people — those are best handled by contacting the provider directly. Within those limits, our appointment system covers the majority of everyday scheduling needs for Nairobi residents.
